Officer Az-Oolay, Ilana Tsabari, and Yosefa Zaouch in collaboration with the Freedom Research Institute

As part of its ongoing examination of the concepts of freedom and liberty, the Freedom Research Institute offers visitors an opportunity to travel while staying in one place. The Community Center’s conference room is converted into a lounge, a peripatetic therapeutic playground of sorts. Behind a theatrical red curtain, the itinerant viewer meets “Assembly Point” – a boisterous audience participation show. This is a platform for performativity, where the venue, the entertainers, and the participants are all integral to the work itself
